No-Refund Policy

1. Strict No-Refund Policy

Except where required by applicable statutory consumer protection law, all fees and subscription payments made for GrowBuddy (including Pro and Suite plans) are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds, credits, or prorated billing for:

• Partially used subscription billing cycles or unused AI post generation slots.
• Accounts that did not utilize all features or daily allowances during their billing period.
• Failure to cancel a recurring subscription prior to its scheduled renewal date.

2. Subscription Cancellation at Any Time

You have complete control over your subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time with a single click directly inside the platform:

1. Navigate to your Profile or click Manage Subscription.
2. Select Cancel Subscription inside the Paddle Customer Portal.
3. Your cancellation will take effect immediately for all future billing cycles, and you will not be charged again.

Following cancellation, you will retain full active access to your paid plan features until the end of your current paid billing period.

3. Merchant of Record (Paddle)

All orders and subscription transactions are processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle handles all checkout transactions, billing inquiries, VAT/tax compliance, and invoicing.
