1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using GrowBuddy (“Service”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Description of Service

GrowBuddy is an AI-powered growth marketing and build-in-public automation platform designed for software founders and indie builders. GrowBuddy provides SaaS identity analysis, audience channel discovery, social auto-posting, and outreach execution roadmaps.

3. Accounts & Subscriptions

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities under your account.

Paid subscriptions (Pro Plan and Suite Plan) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. Payments are processed securely via our Merchant of Record, Paddle.

4. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

5. Subscriptions & No-Refund Policy

Due to the immediate provisioning of AI compute and digital features, all subscription fees are strictly non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to halt all future billing cycles, retaining access until the end of the paid period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate abusive, fraudulent, misleading, or infringing content, nor to violate the terms of service of third-party platforms such as 𝕏 (Twitter), Instagram, Meta, Reddit, or Discord.
